  1. Signature Requirement

    All commissioned drawings shall feature a subtle signature that must remain intact and unaltered by the recipient.

  2. Recording and Posting

    I reserves the right to record the drawing process and potentially post it on YouTube for promotional purposes.

  3. Timeframe and Refunds

    Completion of the commissioned artwork typically takes 1 - 2 months, subject to my schedule. In the event of a delay beyond this timeframe, refunds may be offered at my discretion.

  4. Right of Refusal

    I retain the right to refuse a commission without providing further explanation.

  5. Artistic Integrity

    Recipients are prohibited from claiming the artwork as their own by removing my signature (watermark), altering the image, or tracing it in any form.

  6. Gift Commissions

    Recipients commissioning artwork as gifts are requested to inform me if they prefer the finished piece not to be published by a certain date, as I typically share completed works shortly after delivery to the client.

This approach not only secures your commitment but also streamlines the workflow, allowing me to dedicate my full attention to crafting your artwork.   4. What is your turnaround time for commissions?

    The completion timeline hinges on the complexity of your artwork and my current projects. Typically, you can expect your artwork to be ready within 1-2 months. Should you have a tight deadline, kindly inform me, and I'll strive to meet it.

  5. Can I request revisions to the artwork?

    Of course I value your input and am open to refining the artwork based on your feedback. You'll be kept in the loop throughout the creation process, including the stages of sketching, flat colouring, rendering and finishing touches.

  6. How will I receive the final artwork?

    Once your artwork is complete, I'll deliver the high-quality digital files to you via Google Drive or email. Feel free to specify your preferred file formats if they differ from the standard offerings.

  7. What if I'm not satisfied with the final artwork?

    Your happiness with the outcome is paramount to me. We'll collaborate closely to ensure the artwork aligns with your aspirations. Should you find the final product doesn't quite hit the mark, we can explore revision options to address any discrepancies.

  8. How do I pay for the commission?

    Payments are accepted via PayPal. After we've settled on the commission specifics, I'll issue an invoice with payment instructions. It's important to note that full payment is due before the commission begins. However, I'm flexible regarding upfront payments and can discuss this further with you.

  9. What if there's something I want that isn't included in your pricing?

    If there's a particular feature or customization you'd love to see in your artwork but wasn't part of the original discussion, don't hesitate to mention it.
